Title Self-Hypnosis for Health & Happiness Workshop

Workshop Information

This class was designed to create a repeatable method to bring a person into hypnosis for self improvement.

1. An explanation of a mind model to give context to the work done will begin the session.

2. A breakdown of the process will be presented.

3. An understanding of choice will be  covered and the concept of gift and lessons will be introduced.

After the technique is explained, the students will practice it live during the class.

Follow up information on using this technique will be shown.
